We rely on the ATP-Boost-Matrix consisting of D-Ribose, Beta-Alanine and Creapure. The boost makes your muscles fatigue later and improves the transport of nutrients. So you are longer resilient and have strength for sprints and passes.
Unlike boosters, which often contain high doses of caffeine, we do without it completely! You can use the BOOST before EVERY training and match - your body does not get used to the effect. On the contrary, the longer and more often you take the BOOST, the stronger the full effect of the ingredients unfolds.
You simply mix 20g (1 scoop) of our BOOST with 300ml of water. The best way to do this is to use our MATCHDAY SHAKER. 20 minutes before the training or match you drink the BOOST sip by sip. If you feel a slight tingling sensation after taking the BOOST, you are doing everything right!
