These include the carbohydrate isomaltulose for a steady energy supply during exercise, the amino acid beta-alanine to reduce lactate formation, as well as creatine monohydrate for the improvement of ATP-based energy supply in the muscles!
The isomaltulose we use in BOOST, HYDRO & REFUEL is a carbohydrate with slow-release properties.
